Scott Davis started his legal career in 1987 at The Legal Aid Society, Criminal Defense Division. In 1993, he began his private practice, focusing primarily on criminal defense.

Representation of the criminally accused has been his passion. No case is too big or small. He understands that for each of the accused, their case is the most important case.

Over the past 30 years, he has represented thousands of clients charged with crimes ranging from Vehicle and Traffic Law violations to homicides.

Representation includes arranging for surrender to the police, arraignments in court as well as desk appearance tickets and summonses.
